How to solve Error: access denied for user to path /users/weblogic

1. delete the <user> folder and <user>.atr in catalog in OBIPS directory
2. Restart the BI services
3. Login using the user.

    Hey What if the deleted user had saved reports in his 'My Folder'. Is there a way to preserve it
