How to select column from middle of the hierarchy?

You need to use the "selection steps" to do this. If you look at the selection steps pane (it might not be on by default), for your account hierarchy you should see "Start with all members". Below that (Step 2) you should see "Then, New Step". Click on that link, choose "Select members", and in the dialog box "Keep only" and the "Column" value you want.
