How to remove New link from OBIEE 11g Analytics?

Create a user in the weblogic, and assign this user to no role.  By default all the roles are assigned to Authenticated Role, which gives them rights to login to obiee and see dashboards.

Go to Administration -> Manage Privileges -> Under access to answers, remove the authenticated role.

This will let users to only see dashboards and not give them access to create any reports or dashboards in OBIEE 11g.
